Went in for an oil change and got a full inspection. Staff were all very polite and social. Waiting room was large and clean. One member of the staff even made suggestions as to where I might find a good lunch while they worked on my car. At a lot of places they try to upsale or force you to make decisions on the spot but st Villa's they did what was necessary then let me know what else they recommend I get done on my next visit or in the next few months. Very impressive!
