Villa Automotive exceeded my expectations and this was my first experience with them. While they were pretty busy when I first called, they offered a Saturday AM slot. Replacing headlight bulbs on a Jeep Gr. Cherokee is difficult, and Villa delivered. I ended up paying HALF of the dealer's $250 estimate and it was finished in an hour. Well done!

It was very tricky getting the discontinued factory parts for our 2004 Jeep Wrangler, but the Villa crew was patient and gave us all the time we needed to find them on the East Coast. Once we had all the parts, the mechanic made the necessary repairs quickly, and now it runs like brand new. We are SO grateful to them for their great work and for not giving up on us.

Had a major breakdown while away from home. Jake and his crew took the car in on short notice and did excellent work for a very fair price. Communication was outstanding throughout the process and the final bill came in under the initial estimate. I highly recommend Villa.

We took our 2004 Jeep Wrangler to Villa after another shop gave up on it. It took a very long time to find the factory parts our Jeep needed, but Villa stuck with us until it was finally fixed good as new. We are so grateful!

I have counted on Villa to service and repair my vehicles and fix the occasional dent for more than 2 decades...The service is always friendly, fast and fairly priced...The Villa brothers and their crew can repar any diesel or gas engine on 4 wheels.

We drove 3 hours only to have the Oil Pressure light come on and we were in a hurry to get back. The team at Villa Automotive helped us diagnose the problem and let us know that it would be somewhere between 300-800 dollars and to our surprise, came in just over 300. I appreciate the honesty and the help in our time of need.

I do love the service for your car at Villa Automotive. I have always received a diagnosis, and I find them very clear and fair. The prices are a little high, but everything is high right now. You can drive away knowing that everything has been done and if you have a question about the receipt they will let you know. The reason why I minus one of the stars for my review is the waiting area. I know it's a garage, but it is a business and it should cater to people. People who wait for their cars. The waiting area is absolutely disgusting. Everything is filthy and the seating that they have in there has been there for years and years and years and has never been cleaned. It is totally senior citizen unfriendly for comfortable seating let alone be clean. I don't understand how a business that does so well, can have such low standards. Especially for a new person coming to the business for the first time. I would highly suggest that they take a good look around and do some upgrades soon. I do have some friends and family members who do not go to Villa for this reason. Seems a shame to me. 😱
