Amazing experience from start to finish! Engine light came on after driving 6 hours on a Saturday, and luckily discovered Villa Automotive! Excellent, friendly kind and exceptional customer service and outcome. They did everything right to find the best affordable solution and I was out the door in an hour or so with a safe vehicle to continue on my road trip. Best part is that I found out that they are open 7 days a week!!! Unheard of! SAVE this company in your Google Map as the place to go in SLO if you need repairs or want to have a great automotive experience :)

Excellent service very knowledgeable it’s great to know that they’ll work on my Ford motorhome even though all the Ford Dealerships in the area refuse to work on or honor warranty service for motor homes.

From the initial phone call, to walking in the front door, everybody was spot on. Easily approachable smiling faces, great customer service and really dog friendly (if you’re going to sit and wait for your car out back). The guys were very communicative about what they found during my inspection and pricing for things recommended to be fixed now or things that could wait. I left happy and will continue to do business at Villa’s. The dog friendly part is great because I take my fur baby everywhere. Thanks everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
