I am a SLO native and was in town a couple weeks ago visiting my sister. My radiator blew out while downtown. It was a Friday at 4pm. I called Villas and limped in. Jesus confirmed that indeed I needed a new radiator. He ordered the replacement and said I should be on my way home, 300 miles away, by 2pm the next day. I was hoping to make it home to my grandsons 1st football game. Jesus saw to it that I was actually able to be on the road by noon. I made the game and I am eternally grateful to Jesus, Tina and all of Villas employees that helped get me. home. They provide customer service that is not seen often these days. THAK YOU !

Everyone at Villa was professional and courteous. They found and repaired the problem causing a "check engine" light, explained it well, and tested the car to make sure it was repaired correctly before returning it to me. Thank you!

We were worried that the repair to our truck's air conditioner would be very expensive and take a lot of time. However, we took it in early this morning, and it was ready to go a few hours later. It was also much less expensive than we feared. We are never disappointed when we take our vehicles to Villa.
