I am a SLO native and was in town a couple weeks ago visiting my sister. My radiator blew out while downtown. It was a Friday at 4pm. I called Villas and limped in. Jesus confirmed that indeed I needed a new radiator. He ordered the replacement and said I should be on my way home, 300 miles away, by 2pm the next day. I was hoping to make it home to my grandsons 1st football game. Jesus saw to it that I was actually able to be on the road by noon. I made the game and I am eternally grateful to Jesus, Tina and all of Villas employees that helped get me. home. They provide customer service that is not seen often these days. THAK YOU !
