Hit a raccoon on a Sunday got towed to Villa automotive and repaired my radiator the same day, awesome service

It had good customer service, friendly staff that seemed like they genuinely cared about you. I got a couple of squeaky belts replaced, and was out within a couple of hours. I would go back to them In the future.

Have gone in for two separate smog checks, on two separate vehicles. Courteous service both times. Explained the smog check process to me, and corresponding DMV process, since I was new to the smog check thing. Both times they were able to provide smog checks then and there. The second time, they didn't have immediate availability, but checked to see what could be worked around. I'm sure they won't always be able to take a walk in smog check, but it was great that they checked, and that they were able to make it happen. No expectations that that will always be the case.
