San Luis Obispo Auto Repair

We were visiting my daughter and her family from out of town when we drove our car the next day and heard a loud noise coming from our car. We do not drive the car very often only on long trips so we were concerned. The noise was loud and very annoying. My daughter suggested we take the car to Villa's since she took her Lexus to be serviced when she owned the car. We were so happy with the service we received. It was quick and the problem was solved. We were able to drive home safely.

The engine light went on as we passed through SLO, Villa was the books go to place for out ‘17 Passat. One hour later after diagnostic we were on our way and haven’t had a problem since.

An improvement with staff there to greet customers without having to watch one person helping someone by phone for 15 minutes. It was easy, convenient, and the customer service was great….as well as follow through. Thx!

I've never left a review of anywhere, but this place was fantastic so I feel compelled to. I've used 3 other mechanics in SLO and had some small problems with each of them, but these guys were great. All I needed was smog and oil, but I also had some questions and these guys explained all sorts of stuff to me and basically humored my dumb questions, while being very straightforward.

My, out of town, 17 year old son was stuck on 101 with a bad tire wheel problem. After hours of waiting we got an expensive AAA tow to Villa, late on a Friday night. Well, on Saturday, Villa was wonderful. They fixed his issue, communicated well, and had him on his way by the end of the day. Thank you so much for your help and making a stressful situation a little less stressful.
