my car had a severe oil leaks. after three other shops declined to service my car, Villa accepted it and did the job in a timely manner. they were very pleasant to deal with, and did a very good job of keeping me up-to-date with what was going on with it. Was up in Big Sur when my car broke down on thanksgiving weekend. Villa automotive was the only mechanic open that Saturday, and they were able to quickly give me a time frame and diagnostic.
