This shop was great we were from out of town touring cal poly and my 2500 dodge ram water pump blew throwing the belt I had few options and they accommodated me immediately pulling staff from the parts department to help me a huge shout out to Silvia who dealt with me on the phone before arriving taking me vehicle info for the parts and just an all around awesome person and to Jim the owner for talking to me about status updates and my options moving through the repair I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and was back on the road in 4 hours You guys rock I understand issues happen but stay calm and be respectful and this place will take care of you
