Excellent service. These days it seems that you go into an automotive place with one issue and leave with another. Job security? A never ending cycle it seems. One begins to think that there are No places that have anything to do with cars that are honest. This hasn’t happened at Villa’s though, thank God! We aren’t walking wallets. Money is hard to come by.

Our vacation was almost ruined, as we came down the grade into San Luis Obispo, our 2003 Ford Expedition began having a problem. We were on our way to Ventura to enjoy our wedding anniversary with our 26 ft. trailer on tow. Needless to say, when AAA recommended Villa Automotive and they were open on Sunday, we had hope. The mechanics and technicians were so helpful and had us back on our vacation in less than 24 hours with a repaired vehicle. The cost was fair, and the repair was excellent, thank you!

They were Very professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt to help me. Sat down and discussed my needs. They promised to call the next morning after a diagnosis. They called in the morning gave me what they found was wrong, gave me an estimate. Completed the work the next day. Everything was exactly as they promised. Completed on time and charged exactly what they quoted. I highly recommend this company.

I had an emergency (single mama with my teens and a dead battery stranded in a parking lot) and Villa was the only mechanic willing to help me. He was honest, which is so refreshing. In fact, it was a mechanic who wouldn’t help me that recommended him!
