I am a disabled navy veteran who lives 75 miles from town and 150 miles each way from Medical care I was driving my ram 1500 and suddenly I had a flashing engine trouble light I rang every mechanic between Bakersfield and San Luis Obispo and they all declared my engine was dead I rang the last number which was villa automotive and John calmed me down and spent 20 minutes trouble shooting and told me to come in the next day which was Saturday after eight hours searching would it cost $12000 like others said ? No should I throw my car away? No a gopher chewed the wire to the computer that issues check engine warnings and what did John charge me for that Saturday? Nothing my total bill for two full days under $1,000 John is honest he's a straight shooter and a breath of fresh air in a business over populated with amateurs we're his clients for life

Martina was wonderful throughout the process providing estimates and updates as things changed along the way. Everything was handled very professionally and I am very happy with the results.

Over the years I have taken my RV to Villa Automotive for a myriad of repairs and services. I have always been extremely satisfied with their service. I was sad to hear that Soc passed away and they won't be doing regular mechanical work on RVs anymore, but I definitely understand. I will continue to have them run the smog checks and any other work that they can do. I highly recommend them for whatever Automotive work you need done.

It was Saturday, the place was hopping, and I thought about getting my car smogged somewhere else. Glad I didn’t. The front desk is efficient and kind. She gave me a time frame and they met it. A nice walk to the higuera thrift stores and back and everything was done.

Super nice people and helpful too. Brought my car in due to my engine not being able to accelerate without the engine knocking like crazy. They helped me out and gave me a direct answer of what was wrong, what they can do, and how much it would be. Would recommend
