I broke down and got towed to the shop and Ron was very helpful with trying to find availability for parts and even took me to my car to show me what the issue was. They were also transparent on pricing. When I got towed to another shop because of the time that they would’ve needed Daniel, the tow truck driver, was quick and made the ride very enjoyable.

Villa was great! I broke down on the 101 on my way to Santa Cruz and from my first contact with Villa, I felt like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Ron was friendly and made sure to get me in and taken care of, even though it was a Saturday afternoon. They had to keep my car for diagnosis but they gave me a ride to and from the SLO Airport to get a rental car while they worked on my car. Everyone at Villa was friendly professional and seemed to care about what I was going through. I got my car back after they fixed it, and was able to get to where I was going. I feel fortunate to have broken down near Villa. I highly recommend them.

Javier and Matt were wonderful. I went in for a smog check, they made the process quick and easy - was very professional and friendly. Service writers like Matt and techs like Javier are why I continue to recommend anyone in the Atascadero/Paso Robles area to come to Villa's when they enter our doors at NAPA Auto Parts in Paso Robles. More shops should try to have the same level of professionalism.
