It was my first time at Villa. They were so friendly and accommodating. I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to get me in no problem. Location of the shop is conveniently by a small shopping area that had a few restaurants. I went and had lunch at the Mexican restaurant while they had my car, and they called when it was ready. The process was seamless and so smooth. I will be coming back for my car needs!

Sue is absolutely the best mechanic in SLO County! She pays attention to details that most would miss. I have referred several friends to her and everyone agrees she is super good at her job, and they all love that she explains stuff and sends them pictures so they know what is going on.

The front break went out on my Roadtrek, while camping in Morro Bay. No one locally even answered my call. Villa was open early, took my camper right in and fixed it that day. The estimate was steep and I would have paid whatever I had to, but they were able to replace the brakes for a fraction of the estimate. They could have fleeced me, but were fair and courteous. I highly recommend them.
