Quick and comprehensive service

Our Cal Poly son struck an unknown object on 101 resulting in damage to the underside of his car. He was stranded at Prado. I had the car towed to Villa on Thanksgiving eve. I don't live in SLO but has years of experience dealing with Villa from having work vehicles serviced there. On Black Friday we were contacted and spoke with Jeff Wood. Jeff provided excellent customer service and listened to our concerns and priorities in repairs. The crew at Villa quickly and expertly completed the repair and we are back on the road. A Big shout out to Jeff and the Crew at Villa. Thanks for turning a crisis into a good result given the circumstances.

The car broke down and the same day that I had it towed to the shop they fixed it that has never happened before very professional crew and they definitely get the job done
