Just came in for lube, oil, filter service. I dealt with someone new in the service area - I think his name was Sam - and even though I'd never dealt with him before, he made the whole routine effortless and timely. I really appreciated it, since I'd mentioned to him that I was on a tight schedule for some other appointments. Got my car back 10 minutes earlier than promised and good ol' Eric took my payment and got me back on the road. Always a pleasure dealing with Villa Automotive.

I was grateful that Villa's was open on Saturday when my car broke down. I was appreciative of their thorough assessment of the issues and ability to complete repairs the same day. They also provided a shuttle service, which helped immensely! Friendly, honest, above and beyond. I will use them again!
