While stopping in SLO while traveling our vehicle experienced a problem that would have prohibited continuing. Villa excepted the vehicle on short notice and made repairs by end of day. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of and received excellent service.

Car broke down in Santa Margarita and AAA suggested Villa Automotive. I was from Santa Barbara and knew NOTHING so trusted AAA. They were right! Villa Automotive was quick to respond with an accurate diagnopsis and within 24 hours had secured parts and done the work to replace my fuel pump. I had called my own auto guy, Robbie, at Woolever Tires and he said it sounded like a fuel pump and gave me an appropriate cost range for the work. Villa Auto was in that range and did not attempt to trick or overcharge this older lady who was stranded. They helped me get to the airport to rent a car and at every point along the way they were helpful, quick to respond, and so exceptionally friendly. I felt like they were friends and on my side from almost the moment I walked in the door.
