I have been taking my vehicles to Villa for over 10 years and have always appreciated their customer service and good work. Never felt over charged or pressured to buy any unnecessary service. Go in and visit Rich, Eric and the others at the counter when you need help with your car. They are almost available immediately.

Great service! Very patient, friendly and understanding staff. I had an appointment for a smog. I arrived on time with a leak in a tire. They postponed my appointment and recommend I get the tire fixed before the local tire shops closed. They continued with the appointment upon my return, like 30 minutes past appointment time. Showed caring for customers best interest. Highly recommend this shop.

We were on vacation in Pismo when our car died. It was towed to Villa on a Sunday. I was amazed that they were even open. Thanks to Sam, Rocco, and Frank for making the best of a bad situation. If we didn’t live 250 miles away, they would be my first choice to service my vehicles. Customer service and integrity are endangered species, but Villa stands against that trend in fine fashion. My car has been working excellent since the repairs were done one month ago. My Ford Fusion needed a repair and I chose villa automotive. Their customer service was outstanding. The gentleman helped me used my max care service contract and was upfront with me about the costs and what repairs were going to be done to my car. I left my car and they provided me away to get home also they picked me up from work when the service was completed. What a great experience they provide. Thank you so much.
