I came to Villa Automotive when I learned you had hired Dennis Doore, with whom I had had a lot of contact when he was Service Manager of Standard Motors. I knew he would know about my "old" Oldsmobile. My faith in him and the company for which he works (Villa) was re-enforced through my subsequent dealings with them. I feel Dennis and Villa are top-notch and, as a single female it is important for me to have a service company whose honesty and quality can be trusted.

Villa has been servicing my car for 5 years and have always done a great job for a fair price. My friends recommended them when I moved here and I can count on them to keep the car running in fine shape. Customer service is great and they are always willing to give advice when asked. I would never go anywhere else.

Good service at a fair price is what you hope for when taking your car or truck to a repair shop. Villa Automotive does both and to top that they are open Sat. and Sun. Sure, it is expensive to get your car repaired, but you need your car back on the road running right and on time as promised. They don't even seem to mind when I decide to do the work myself after getting an estimate.

I can't say enough good things about Villa Automotive Center, in San Luis Obispo ! I was stranded with a failed starter motor in Morro Bay on a Sunday last March and figured that I'd have to rent a car to drive back to Orange County, then fly back to pick up my car later in the week. Instead, the mechanics at Villa Automotive were able to diagnose the problem, find a replacement motor, and install it in the space of a few hours -- I was back on the road by the middle of the afternoon and was able to drive home that night ! Everyone at Villa Automotive was professional, helpful, friendly, and proficient and the work was completed at a fair price. I'm happy to say that I haven't had any problems with my starter motor since ! Also, I wasn't the only person they helped that day -- another driver came in who was stranded with a car problem and they took care of her case as well. Thanks again to Villa Automotive --keep up the good work !

Very professional, honest people. Our window got stuck in the down position and then it began to rain. While they were fiddling with the switch, it started to work again. He took advantage of the opportunity and closed the window so that we could continue on our vacation. No charge. Good people.

I service both family cars -a VW Cabrio and a Mazda MPV- at Villa and I have been very happy with the quality and speed of service. They are very helpful and courteous, making sure that all is explained thoroughly. I highly recommend them.
