San Luis Obispo Auto Repair

I have been using Villa automotive for over 10 years now. I have had them work on my Volvos, Hondas, Dodges and my 3 fords. I have always been satisfied with their service. i appreciated the extra time they take to perform a complete check of my vehicles and report their findings to me. By doing this they prevented a more costly repair I could have had with my cooling system had they not found the hidden problem that I suspected was lurking but could not track down.

I have been to Villa Automotive a few times with both my old and new vehicle, and every time the service has been quick and highly professional. This most recent time, the technician was very detailed in his descriptions of what was wrong with my car and what my options were, which I very much appreciated. I would recommend Villa to anyone who owns a car. :)

Took my Infiniti QX4 in on a Friday for 100K service, including timing belt change. An unanticipated problem with broken crank pulley meant that I had to leave the car over the weekend, but come Monday car was done by noon.

Villa's has great customer service and they keep me posted daily on the progress of my vehicle. Their quick turn around is also a plus.

Need a broken doohickey under the car replaced? Can't put on your own new hubcap? Steering wheel too hard to turn? Call Villa's. They will help you right away, and it's always service with a smile. Thanks from a driver for 64 years.

It was awesome experience. Customer service outstanding as always - ERIK is the best! Received good recommendations and work completed in quick order!

I was really excited with the service I got at Villa. On July 2nd, they fixed a bum brake and had me going in less than 2 hours. If this SF resident is ever back in SLO, I'll be sure to stop here for service needs!
