Villa Automotive was outstanding in immediately servicing my Volv XC90 while on a recent vacation to Pismo Beach/Cal Poly. My passanger-rear blinker bulb needed to be fixed and under the time crunch, having a son attending Cal Poly's football camp and having to get back to watch him, Villa moved into quick action and I was out the door in less than 1 hr 20 minutes. Also, I was a "walk in" appointment! Tom was truly a joy to work with and went the extra mile to ensure I got back to Cal Poly's football game to enjoy the rest of my day watching my son be scouted for college football. Thanks Tom!! Should my son return to Cal Poly for college, I'll be sure his Volve is serviced at Villa.

Since I do not know much or not at all about cars! Villa started to be a big part of my car and my life. Since I have been taking my car there I learned a great deal. They adverse on the next things that i need to focus on. I have saved a great deal of money and time with them. And my car runs great! Villa thank you for all your help!

The owner wanted $6,200 for his Red 1996 Jeep Wrangler with 82,000 miles. It was in almost perfect condition on the outside but - before we bought it, we paid the nice people at Villa Auto to do a used vehicle inspection.Two hours latter, the technician told us,"This Jeep is beautiful on the outside folks but, under the hood and under the jeep, we have some real problems." He explained to us about several oil leaks, the poor shape of the manifold gaskets, the transmission seal leak,exhaust leak, a broken power steering reservoir and a few other problems. He said the Jeep might be worth $4,500 - if we didn't mind putting another $2,000 into it to get it dependable and running good.Well. . . thanks to the good people at Villa Auto, we passed on the sale and didn't loose our $6,000 in the process because we paid the Villa folks $125 to give us the low down on this Jeep . . . that is still for sale.

I had just arrived in Pismo and went out for dinner when my power steering went out. I had to have my son to cal poly the next day for football camp and all shops were closed. Caleb from college towing highly suggested Villa Automotive repair so we towed it there the following day. They were fast, courteous and priced fairly. I have been using Villa automotive for over 10 years now. I have had them work on my Volvos, Hondas, Dodges and my 3 fords. I have always been satisfied with their service. i appreciated the extra time they take to perform a complete check of my vehicles and report their findings to me. By doing this they prevented a more costly repair I could have had with my cooling system had they not found the hidden problem that I suspected was lurking but could not track down.

I have been to Villa Automotive a few times with both my old and new vehicle, and every time the service has been quick and highly professional. This most recent time, the technician was very detailed in his descriptions of what was wrong with my car and what my options were, which I very much appreciated. I would recommend Villa to anyone who owns a car. :)

Took my Infiniti QX4 in on a Friday for 100K service, including timing belt change. An unanticipated problem with broken crank pulley meant that I had to leave the car over the weekend, but come Monday car was done by noon.

Villa's has great customer service and they keep me posted daily on the progress of my vehicle. Their quick turn around is also a plus.
