San Luis Obispo Auto Repair

I can in for what I thought would be a routine Smog Inspection. The car had had the battery disconnect for six months and it took four visits before the computer would reset. It took four trips before it reset. Each time the service was excellent and only one charge at the end, the standard smog fee.

I was very happy with the outcome of our Toyota Landcruiser. We were amazed at the concern your shop had to fix the problem and the patience that you had in doing so. You approached the problem from every possible angle and I commend you for that. You don't find that kind of service at just any old shop. I would highly recommend your auto repair shop to anyone. Thank you so much Villa Automotive, you are the best.

Eric met me at my car and greeted me and asked what he could help me with. I told him and oil change and to check my brakes. It was done by noon and Henry picked me up at work and drove me back to Villa's. Very easy, very painless, very fast and friendly service Thanks again!

I hadn't taken my car in for awhile so it needed some work. They were great with my car and explaining everything to me. They are now my go to place.

Took a little longer than expected, but very helpful and fantastic service.

As usual, the service was perfect. I was greeted warmly, told exactly how long it would take to perform the service, asked if I needed a ride somewhere or would I be waiting. When I said I would wait, I sat down with a book to read that I had brought and it what seemed no time at all, my car was brought around, the invoice presentedfto me showing in detail what had been done to my car, I paid by check and was out the door in less than an hour. Great service and great people!

The service I had at Villa Automotive was incredible My truck's transmission went out when I was taking furniture to my daughter's apartment at UCSB. They not only did an excellent repair job but actually helped me unpack my truck and repack my daughter's furniture in a rental van so I could continue to UCSB I couldn't be more positive about my experience I would especially like to commend Dennis the Villa representative who kept me continually informed during this frustrating experience and his pleasant and friendly manner was reassuring to me and my wife.
