Nice and helpful. I did have to call back about one of the dash light warnings that was missed during service there. They were kind to encourage me back to take care of it right away - however time would not allow. The car wash was a real nice treat!

I was in the process of buying a used car and wanted to get a "Pre-Purchase Inspection" prior to buying it. I used Villa Automotive because I have had previous positive encounters with them in the past. They first inspected a car I wanted to buy from a Used Car Dealer in SLO, turned out the motor was leaking oil and spark plugs had never been changed by 116,00 miles. They felt that based on price, model and condition of the car it was not a wise purchase. The 2nd car I brought to Villa was privately owned, the car checked-out near perfect, they indicated this would be a good purchase based on price, model and condition of the car. These guys do a great job! They are always professional and do the job you ask them to. I would definitely recommend Villa Automotive and will use their services again in the future!!! P.S. I suggest to anyone buying a used car to take it here for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. After getting burned once on buying a used car, I will never again buy one without Villa Automotive inspecting it first!!

This place is great! Got me in without an appointment and was done with my car in less time then they quoted me. One of the gentleman even came by my work to see how my car was doing :) Thanks Villa!

Our car got sick in Solvang, but we drove it back to SLO so we could bring it to Villa! Thanks for fixing it so fast! (and for giving it back to me cleaner than when you got it)
