Just about one hour for oil change by Rocko. While waiting I got 4 tacos at Taco King very close by, and a box of assorted donuts at SLODoCo across Higuera to bring back to Villa Auto.

They got my car in right away on a Sunday. They even dropped me off at work and picked me up. Thank you so much! Fast and friendly!

Always had issues with BMW dealerships, especially the one in San Luis Obispo when it comes to getting my car fixed. I had an issue with sensors in my hood and when I spoke with BMW, they said I had to pay $500 just for them to look at the car. When I called Villa Automotive, they were able to give me a quote right away that ended up being less than 1/3 of the cost that BMW wanted.
