I am very pleased that I brought my car to Villa Automotive. I needed to get a smog test and I did not have an appointment but that was no problem. I did not have to wait long before the test was done. My car passed the test and the results were e-mailed to the DMV and I received the certificate I needed to register the vehicle here in California. Great job! I would do business with this shop again.

Eric was most personable & efficient! I had sudden onset of engine trouble which needed immediate attention. As luck would have it, I had my 2 Airedale dogs in the car with me & no way to get home from SLO to Los Osos. Eric arranged the Villa Automotive shuttle to take me & the dogs home. My 1999 Honda Passport was repaired in a timely & effective manner.

I had a great experience here! I brought my car in on a weekend for a replacement window motor, and they were able to fix it the same day. The staff was friendly and they even dropped off my car since I was at work. The weekend availability is also very nice for unplanned repair needs. Everything was fixed faster than expected and it was well done.
