Very professional informative friendly I was from out of state & was very impressed with the staff happened upon Villa by accident & so glad I did 5 Stars to them

All of the personnel are friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. My car is consistently well taken care of. Their hours are incredibly convenient being open earlier and later than normal business hours and also 7 days a week. They are also a full service shop and can do loads of diagnostics. I highly recommend Villa Automotive.

Rapid diagnosis of a potentially dangerous problem.

Wow. I cannot recommend this place enough. Our engine blew out on us during a road trip to Southern California and Villa was the only place even open on a Sunday. They were slammed with people yet somehow managed to find time to look at our car to quickly assess that we would not be able to drive it the rest of our trip. The owner John was absolutely incredibly helpful and spent so much time trying to find a way to get our engine replacement covered and was able to actually find a warranty on the engine, and even called the dealership for us to confirm. He went above and beyond and we are soo grateful. It would be a mistake to not trust this shop with your vehicles! Thank you, Villa! Ps. The front receptionists were also AMAZING at customer service and so so kind to us in a very stressful moment. We are so thankful!
