I wrote a more in-depth review, but have to say that Villa Automotive and especially Craig, the Service Manager, is top notch in knowledge, efficiency and customer service skills. My car broke down in San Simeon and had to be towed 30 miles to San Luis Obispo. Craig was so kind to me. Had his team do diagnostic on my car and quickly defined the issue and solution. They drove 40 minutes to obtain the part, fix my car and get me on my way. Note, it was a Sunday and everything was closed. I'm so thankful for the kindness and respect that was shown to me.
