Your manager Rick, (hope I got name right) is very professional and courteous. The mechanic took the time to explain what the problem was with my car. My car runs well now and no longer has the surging and jerking problem. My inside door handle was also fixed as it was worked into your schedule while other repairs were done. I was also impressed by your comfortable atmosphere in the waiting room and felt at home there.

I had another good experience with Villa Automotive. They are honest, do good work, & even have a shuttle service to drop you off at your house while your car is getting fixed! Bravo.
Service was excellent, it was done early, even though I was 20 min. late arrival. All was as prommised & recept was clear to read and all spelled out exactly what was done. All appears to be very professional.
