My car wouldn't start Friday afternoon. Had my car towed to Villa because my insurance company recommended them. I was a bit hesitant because I just recently moved to the area and didn't know what to expect. They were very nice and informed me they were really busy but would try and give me a diagnosis before the weekend was up. Found out on Sunday that it was my starter and they wouldn't have a price on the part until Monday. Today is Monday and they called me first thing in the morning to tell me the price. I ok'd the work and it was ready for me by 2:00 in the afternoon. I was a bit worried because a lot of the previous reviews said they had outrageous prices, but I found them quite reasonable. Update: we had to take our second vehicle in as well. They had it back to us within a day. Had to replace alternator and a few other items. Very reasonably priced again. They also made us aware of other items that may need attention but said it wasn't anything to be concerned about. I like how they didn't force anything in us. Everyone there is very friendly.
