First visit to Villa. Having been in a like business, I look at things most perhaps may not notice. It is an older facility, that said, it was nearly spotless, given the number gallons of oil and other fluids that had to have escaped over the years. No grease rags, empty boxes, used gaskets and parts laying around, walkways and hazards clearly marked, fire extinguishers were unobstructed, nobody eating on the shop floor, at least not while working. I was not there at break or lunch time. Tool boxes appeared orderly, not a pile of old parts or a cluster of removed screws and bolts piled up. The "toolbox parts bin" is a very bad habit some shops permit, and I did not see evidence of such at Villa. Of course, I must also state my visit was brief but I did transverse the shop floors several times. The staff was professional from start to the, well ahead of schedule, finish. Vehicle was repaired as requested at what I believe to be a fair price.
