San Luis Obispo Auto Repair

The shop was open early and a ride was provided so I could get to work. I arranged to be picked up after work and the van showed up right on time. Back at the shop the work was done and the process to pick up my car went quickly. I was home within fifteen minutes of my usual time.

This was my car and now my daughters and they took good care of her. She had it in for a major type repair and she asked they check everything else to make sure it was ok, she is not a car person at all. When she called to let me know it was fixed she was jazzed at all the little things they did, and drives so much better. Before I had her take it to Villa was feeling it was not going to last much longer and to junk it have the work done. It was well worth the work. It is a Mercedes and they brought the car back to life. Of course I had to test drive it also. Thank you Villa for taking care of my daughter and the car.

I only trust taking my cars to Villas. I hear around town, that they are not the cheapest. But it goes back to that saying, you get what you pay for. They do quality work and stand behind it. For Auto Repairs I go to Villas and for tires I have always used the Tire Store.

Excellent service for a difficult GM diesel problem.

A strange light came onto my dashboard. I looked it up in my car owners manual and it advised me to "go see your dealer!" This sounded dire, so I went to Villa's instead! The people there calmed me down and did what was necessary on the computers. They are so knowlegable at Villa that they interpreted all the computer numbers to determine that my gas cap was no longer passing the vapor emission test. The people who work at Villa are professional, efficient and really care about the client's time. I never hesitate to take my Lexus to Villa!

My Mercedes-Benz C300 randomly started pushing white smoke out of the hood as my lady and I were driving towards San Francisco on a Saturday night. I pulled over and had it towed to the only place that was open on a Sunday nearby - Villa Automotive in San Luis Obispo. The guy who helped me out was truly real with me - he was upfront, straightforward, helpful - I told him I owned a Mercedes but I wasn't really on a Mercedes sort of budget and he was understanding. They picked us up from our hotel in their shuttle van, which wasn't the cleanest but hey beggars can't be choosers! Turns out I put too much oil in the car when I changed the oil and the car just started burning it off after a long amount of driving (we road-tripped from Scottsdale, AZ to Squamish, Canada). The service guy said I'd have to drive it to burn some of it off and that it would smoke, and so I drove it around for 10 minutes or so and he was right. They had emptied some oil out of it and then added some to make it even (car takes like 9 quarts of oil, and it's only a V6!). Service guy even steam cleaned some areas where the oil had spilled too. Great service. Guy at the desk recommended places for us to hike and everyone we met in San Luis Obispo was oddly in love with the town - but hey, they were all friendly. Good experience. We made it to Canada and back to Scottsdale, AZ without any problems.
