Villa Automotive was very friendly and accommodating. Rich Ward didn't roll his eyes at us and hint around about how costly our "travel emergency" repair may turn out to be. We sputtered into their shop at 1:30 pm. The truck was diagnosed within an hour and a half. The repair was complete by 3:30 pm. We spent a leisurely two hours in downtown SLO looking in shops and eating lunch. One day later we left for Dallas Texas and made it to our destination absolutely trouble free! I highly recommend Villa Automotive to anyone in need of auto work in the San Luis Obispo area.

Service was fast and polite. John Villa personally gave me a lift home. Would take my vehicles back there any time!

These guys were amazing. We were on our way to solvang when my car started acting up.. Took it in to villas. Super friendly people and we were out in an hour or so. They also told us about some local must see places - made our trip so much better!

This place is amazing!! It deserves higher than 5 stars! My daughter's alternator went out on her car Sunday while visiting the central coast and Thankfully Villa Automotive was open! This place is AMAZING !! They got her car fixed and ready for her within 2 hrs !! THANK U for being open and being so AWSUM!! If u ever need any repairs on ur car this is the place !!

They are very courteous and polite. We leave our car and they drop us off to run an errand. They always have answers and have taken care of my cars for over 30 years. Great family oriented business.
