Service was excellent. My car broke down in Arroyo Grande on a Sunday about 3 hours from my home in Santa Cruz. I was towed to Villa Auto Repair in San Luis Obispo. They were the only shop open on a Sunday. Craig the manager was very helpful. They determined that the water pump was not functioning. Though it took two days to get the part. This was do to the fact that my car is a diesel and the part took longer to get delivered. Craig was great he helped me with choosing an inn based on a list from AAA. He also provided me with transportation to the inn and a pick up when the car was ready. What could have been a frustrating experience was made far more pleasant by Craig and the Villa staff.

Left the vehicle w/out an appoint, Rich and everyone were still able to get our van fixws in the same day..and Nathan gave me a ride to pick it up..all was the best..

Service desk staff is very knowledgeable and prompt. My wife has been dealing with the same guy for almost 20 years. Cannot put a price on that kind of continuity! Thank you very much.
