My cooling system went out late on a Saturday night when I was supposed to be driving back to the Bay Area the next day. Villa was the only auto shop I could find that was open on Sunday. They took care of the problem for a fair price and stored my car for me until I returned from an international trip. They were a real life saver - first class all the way.

I was able to call Villa for my smog check and made the appointment on the same day of the service. I was blown away that they were ready for me when I arrived and was able to do some errands and return and the car was done. Craig was professional and very courteous throughout the whole process we will back with our next car within a month for its annual service.

It had been a few years since having our cars serviced by Villa, as we have moved about 40 miles out of area. However, it was a great experience working with Villa Automotive again! Rich Ward was very welcoming, and efficient in getting the car assessed, repaired, and even washed! All, very timely and most competently! We were truly pleased with every aspect of servicing of our Jaguar. The drive for servicing was worth it, and we plan to do so again in the future.
