I am new to SLO and needed to have smog checks performed on my cars. I moved here from Flagstaff where smog checks were never required so I was a little apprehensive when I brought them in. I looked at several possible smog check stations and after looking at their reviews decided on Villa Automotive. I was very impressed with their shop and have decided to have them do any repairs I may need in the future. By the way, both cars passed!

I just arrived in SLO and needed a smog test to register my Civic in CA. Villa Automotive is just around the corner so I dropped the car off and handed it over to Rich. I had my fair share of garage experience in WA, but never before was I being provided such detailed and accurate information about the car. There are a couple upcoming services I need which I had asked my previous garage reps about and which I read up a good deal about, too, and not only was Rich's explanations accurate, but he offered a lot more insight and advise. I think I found a new place I feel comfortable with and trust. ~Chris

I've been getting my car's oil changed at a chain shop for several years because I thought they were cheaper and more convenient than other places. I decided to try Villa and was really impressed. They are open on weekends and I was able to make an appointment. They were busy but service was fast and ended up costing less than I was used to paying at the chain shop. They also took the time to check my tire tread and advise me instead of just blindly rotating them as the other shop did. Very happy customer. Will return.

They were amazing!! They were so nice even though we arrived with our towed vehicle right at closing on a Saturday night. We were 6 plus hours from home & they got us on the road at a fair price...on a Sunday!! They even washed my car!

I've had my car there twice, and they're great. They're very honest and do excellent work. And here's the kicker - I didn't even need an appointment!
