Great service!

We drove to SLO, visiting our kid in college. My car broke down (it was a Saturday!) and we took it to John Villa. Even though we are not customers and he had never seen us before, he got us in right away. He informed us regarding the problem within an hour. Very nice, thorough, and friendly. Great customer service.

Stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment to get our car smogged so we could sell it. Since we had just replaced the battery they did a quick check on the system to make sure it had been driven enough to smog. The check came back good so in less than an hour, I left with our smog done! The customer service was excellent and the price was better than I was expecting!!

John and Eric were great. John helped me get set up with an oil change and service checkup at the end of a jam-packed weekend for him, and Eric hopped right in to go retrieve my car when I came to pick it up, despite their shop being super busy at the time. A good mom and pop, family-run business vibe when you walk in the door; keep up the excellent service!
