Great service that I can trust. The staff is friendly and great. To work with as well.

The staff was extremely helpful, I went in for a smog check and there was a potential issue that may have caused my car to not pass, and the staff to help me checked and made sure I would pass before running the test and potentially letting me waste my money.

Villa Automotive has been nothing but help to me and my Jetta. A couple years ago I moved to the area and I took my Voltswagon to the dealership. That was my biggest mistake. From then on I took my car to Villa for all services, such as oil repairs, tire problems etc. Villa has always been honest to me, provides great customer service, and always is in contact with you. Hands down best auto repair store in this town.

Calm, cool and collective. Great service.

Me and my husband came to villa automotive because it was the only place open on a Sunday. We are a couple in our early 20s so we always find places try to take advantage of that thinking we are young and neieve. At first we were told that they had to charge us to even look at it and give us an idea of what could be wrong. My husband asked to talk to the owner John who he didn’t know previously before this meeting. He came out with a huge smile and asked what he could do for us. We told him our temp gage kept jumping. He explained that it was most likely an air bubble. He got under the hood himself checked a few things. Filled our radiator with water and coolant. Laughed and joked around with us a little then Sent us on our way free of charge. It’s really nice to know there is still good hearted people who don’t try and take advantage of you just because they can. Thanks for the help John. And the friendly and funny advise lol

We needed a new alternator yesterday. The team there went above and beyond our expectations. Since we were scheduled to travel home today, one of the mechanics graciously agreed to stay late to finish our job. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service.
