Good service very knowledgeble staff and friendly

I had very basic service of smog check. My vehicle was worked on right away which was a nice experience of not having to wait a long time. More than anything the service rep who was helping me was extremely courteous and polite. He was friendly and just a customer focused disposition overall. I tell you, that’s rare these days where service reps look upset at you for trying to do business with them. Price and quality of work nowithstanding I’ll be going back to Villa on customer service alone.

I just was in for a smog check, but everything went smoothly. It was completed in the estimated amount of time and I was done within an hour.

Paid $ 2 less than the estimate. Excellent service on my 2004 VW Pheaton.

I went for a Uber inspection and they made my headlights look like new again, next to doing a thorough job in the inspection... Very nice people will sure go back there when i wish professional and courteous service.

Villa is one of the few shops able to smog check my 31' RV. I scheduled an early appointment. Arriving a few minutes early, the service writer greeted me and directed me where to park. The customer waiting area is large and comfortable. After writing up the work order, I was told it would be 45 minutes. I went off to the local donut shop. Returning in 45 minutes, my RV was ready and I had the required smog certificate.

Great service and the price was surprisingly reasonable

Very professional. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair it in a timely manner. Having the shuttle available was a major plus. I would highly recommend them.

Fast, friendly, reasonable. Sooo much better than the Toyota service dept. I have no words!
