High recommend. While most mechanics are closed on the Central Coast on weekends, these guys were open and polite and prompt. Because they're open on Saturday & Sunday, I paid AAA extra to tow me all the way from Grover Beach, needing someone to see my car NOW. I'm glad I did. They discovered AAA had installed the wrong battery on a service call, which caused my car to stall out. They explained the problem and referenced the battery errors on their invoice, so I could submit it to AAA for reimbursement. Villa Automotive charged me a slightly higher price than average--meaning the battery seemed a bit expensive but the labor charge seemed fair--and I gladly paid because of their superior service.

We had a weird emergency with our car while driving through Big Sur CA 1 one of the sliding rocks from the mountain hit our car. We were stranded for more than 7 hours We were very grateful for their prompt and high quality service picking us up with their subsidiary SLO towing company and their willingness to go the extra bit. The staff goes above and beyond to serve the customers. I highly recommend this shop! I've got nothing but good things to say about Jon and Paul villa!
