For what's it worth, I have been in the automotive service business for 30+ years in the SF Bay area. As a retired service manager I have a sharp eye for quality shops. Not only is Villa the shop I use when we are in Central Ca. it's the shop I'd like to work in. Sharp people, well organized and a highly trained staff. There is always a calm in the service office that can only come from the work in the shop being done right. Don't change a thing. Well done.

Quick repair, fair price, honest and friendly.

I needed a smog check in the "next few days" but was busy and had been dreading blocking a day and time. Villa said I could walk in and they were right with me when I did. I was done and out in less than a half hour. This is my second time to use Villa, but it won't be the last.
