It was my first time coming to this shop for a regular oil change. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the wait time was short. In addition, if you do not want to wait, they do offer a shuttle that can take you anywhere.

While they weren't able to fix the problem (my car needs a new/rebuilt transmission that will cost twice what the car is worth), they did give me the confidence and advice needed to continue driving it. I had actually brought it to the dealer before Villa, and after that visit, I was afraid to even drive it home (the dealer was encouraging me to buy a new car, and they would give me pennies for it as a trade-in). Thanks Villa...hopefully you've given me the advice to get it to last another year while I save for a replacement and research what car I really want.
