Very happy with the service, they were open early on Sunday morning to perform a smog test on my son's car and then did a quick 24 point check and fixed several issues with his car. A saving grace when you live hours away and need to maintain a car in SLO.

We limped into the shop near closing and needed to be on the road again first thing in the morning with an exploded front hub assembly in one of our 4x4's. The situation was grim, and the odds were against us. Not only did the shop get it done overnight, they came in under budget and did a couple other fixes on the fly for us. Blown away by the speed and quality of the work.

Villa Automotive showed complete integrity in their repair of my truck. We are from out of town and needed service this past Saturday. They were open so we headed to their shop from Cambria. My battery was going dead so we asked to have them check it out. I told them the alternator was probably dead. They could have easily taken advantage of us, knowing we were from out of town. Instead they called with a pleasant surprise. It was only the connection to the alternator that came loose. They fixed that and only charged me 1/2 hour of shop time. Who does that? Villa does! Ray checked us in and out and was super helpful and courteous. He kept us in the loop the whole time. What a great experience. I would highly recommend Villa automotive as a trustworthy and honest company and a great auto repair shop.
