Emergency car repairs are never welcome but Villa Automotive lessened the burden by providing quality service as soon as my car was towed to their shop.

This was my 2nd time taking my vehicle to Villa Automotive for a Smog. I am always amazed at how fast they manage to get me in and out. And the service has been great both times. Soc was my service writer and a pleasure to deal with. As a business owner, I do not have a whole lot of time to sit around and wait. It’s nice that they understand that. Thanks Soc!!!

Online reservation and communication was perfect. Timely communication about work that needed to be done. The owner drove my daughter’s car before she drove off to make sure it rode fine and the “clunking noise” had been fixed.
