Great service! We were visiting the area on vacation and while walking along the pier and admiring the beautiful ocean, my son dropped my car keys off the edge of the pier. I was in a panic and Villa was able to squeeze me in same day and make an extra set of keys in about an hour. It wasn’t a great first day of our trip, but I couldn’t have asked for better service. I felt very taken care of. And, the prices were much better than going to the dealership.

I came in last Friday and was greeted by Sue and she walked me inside and handed me off to their service writer Jerome Hunt, who took excellent care of me and my car. I appreciated Sue for stopping what she was doing to listen to my situation and making me feel she cared about solving my problem as much as I did. Then instead of pointing me in the right direction, she took the time to walk me inside to connect with the person who would facilitate the process of solving my issue, and he did just that.
