I had a same day Smog check. It was fast and easy to get everything taken care of. The staff there are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this shop.

We were having trouble starting our 2016 Civic. Went to auto parts store who suggested Villa. Drove into the Villa shop a half hour AFTER closing (on a Sunday evening) and was greeted by a welcoming service agent saying “how can I help?” not “sorry we’re closed”. All the mechanics had left for the day, but that didn’t stop him from popping the hood and fully diagnosing our problem. Before we left, the manager (who was still there too!!!) offered his help and advice. These guys did everything they could to help us understand the situation and how to successfully drive the car to LA that night. And we made it! I wish I lived in the San Luis Obispo area because I think I would have found my repair shop for life!

Fast diagnostic, repair and information provided efficiently and in a timely fashion. Courteous and added on an additional service oil change to the request with no hesitation. Very pleasant experience. Also provided future car care information.
