I needed to get an oil change and wanted to change my transmission fluid but the problem was that nothing was open on a Sunday. Thankfully Villa Automotive was open and they let me just come in and I didn't have to make an appointment or anything. They didn't try to upsell anything or pressure me into getting services that I didn't need. Their prices are low and fair for the service being done. Jack was also great in explaining everything as far as what they would be doing and how often I should come in to get maintenance. I will definitely be going there from now on because of their honest and friendly service!

Every time i have a rush need for oil change, they get it done quickly. Also, very thorough on listing other items of concern that may need to be addressed sooner but or later.

I’ve used Villa many times. This last work on my old 4Runner was the most comprehensive. They did a great job coordinating getting a lot done. The people are very nice, very helpful, and very competent.

My Partner Judy and I were traveling from our home in Oceano to SLO on Sunday afternoon when our Honda van suddenly started running rough and the check engine light started flashing. We limped into the Costco parking lot and called our insurance. Rick came out and towed us to Villa where Jesus and the crew jumped in and took wonderful care of us. By 5:15 we were back on the road with 6 new spark plugs and running great. We were so impressed with the whole experience and grateful Villa was open on Sunday. Thanks so much

Just had an oil change this time around, but as usual Rich and the shop took care of me. Have used Villa many times. Highly recommend. Had an '03 Volvo that Villa repaired for me. Drove that car to North Carolina and it is now providing good, safe transportation for my grand-daughter.

We had an accident (car vs. coyote) while driving down to SLO and were so worried that our car was going to be undrivable (bumper coming off, leak of unknown origin, wheel well ripped off) - on vacation and on a holiday weekend. Eric was so incredibly kind, assesses the car for safety, walked us through what we needed to do to fix our front light, and where to go. This allowed us to enjoy our vacation and get home safely. We cannot say enough about his honesty and kindness, a true gem!
