I have been having issues with my coolant disappearing within months of filling it resulting in my car constantly overheating for almost two years now. I recently moved to SLO, but prior, I’ve gone to auto shops in my hometown and no one really listened when I said my car was overheating and coolant was disappearing but there were no leaks on the ground. Finally, the people at Villa listened to me and actually helped me! It is such a relief to be heard and have answers. The people at Villa are good, wholesome, and care about helping. It shows!

This place is amazing, . . .we were traveling thru town on vacation. We broke down on the side of the road. Thankfully, they towed us to the shop and worked their special magic to source the parts to get us back on the road. They are the only shop I know that is open until 7:00PM. Special thanks to Eric for working so hard to get us back on the road for the final leg home. Thank you Villa - you really helped me out.

Ask for Eric (the best Service Agent ever!) to set you up with Blake who is seriously one of the best BMW Mechanics in SLO! Jesus at the front desk is so honest and efficient he will always put you at ease. Sid Stark and John Villa have literally gone thru fire hoops to help me, Lol, they are really GREAT guys! Kinda like family.....and they have proved themselves over 100 years in business!
