My daily driver (my only car lol) started making a horrible sound coming from the passenger side of the engine. I have a long commute and need my car during the week. Villa is open til 7pm and that was such a miracle to find because most shops close at 5p and don't service cars over the weekend. Jacob at the front desk welcomed me with expert customer service and people skills. He got my car in right away for a diagnosis and it took only 5 or 10 minutes for their tech to confirm the problem. I'm average when it comes to mechanical skill, I change my oil and filter(s), do small mechanical jobs, and sometimes can follow DIY fixes but working in the engine bay is quite out of my league. Needless to say, I needed a professional shop, and Villa delivered. They even gave me a ride over to the rental car place. I don't know if they advertise that or want to be branded as providing that service, but I was in a bit of a jam and Uber was taking forever to re download and the enterprise was about to close. Villa really helped me out and got my car back up and running the next day by replacing the water pump assembly. They didn't try to add anything on and they were straight forward about getting the job done and communicating what was happening. I'd highly and absolutely refer anyone with car trouble to Villa. Great experience, great customer service, professional and knowledgeable mechanics!
