10 Stars!!!! Villa Automotive is amazing!!! The shop is clean and professional. The mechanics explain what needs to be done and why. The estimate was accurate. Additionally, recommendations were made to save me money using existing parts. Jesus was clear and concise when I was making my appointment. Soc followed up with me mid-week to confirm why I was bringing my RV in (smog check) and everything went according to plan when I arrived. I could not be more pleased. Thank you to John and the entire group at Villa Automotive for being accommodating and super professional!!!!

I was first impressed by the service provided by Villa Automotive when they performed a smog test for a car I bought. They worked quickly, were courteous, and professional. Today, I went there to get an oil change. Other businesses that perform this service are unethical and try to perform unnecessary services and sell you parts that are not needed. To my surprise, the mechanic performed the most thorough evaluation of my car that I have ever encountered and even found out that the car needed work on the rear brakes and gave me a reasonable estimate. They made no attempt to inflate the service charge like their competitors do. I highly recommend Villa because they are professionals who offer top tier services.

Just moved to the area and Villa was recommended to us. Very glad they were. Took our vehicle in for an oil change, general inspection, and smog certification. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and they finished on time. And the charges were very reasonable. As newbies to the area, we now know where we'll be bringing our vehicle for any needed service.
