Its always the same guys in the front that greet you I've been going there for the past 5 years Richard helped me this time and he's really nice

We were stranded with our travel trailer after visiting our Daughter at Cal Poly. We called Villa automotive and they took us in on a Sunday to take a look. They diagnosed the problem and told us the part would come in the next day. We were told it would take an hour to put the part in so I waited around for the car to be finished so we could get on the road for the long drive home. It took four hours instead of one. I had to call to check if our part was in, which it was but we never got the call that it was in. All in all I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. Their prices were fair and they are a very busy shop so I don't mind the extra time waiting. They definitely seem honest and that is a huge plus when it comes to mechanic shops. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road.
