I had a great experience at Villa-Automotive. The front desk staff were extremely professional and courteous. They got me in without an appointment and took care of all of my needs. I even got the privilege of speaking with the CEO, John Villa. Now I see why this shop has been at the top for mechanics in SLO for decades. Thanks, John Villa and team! I appreciate you!

In 2020 I bought a Subaru Forester that was a complete lemon. Within the first month the timing belt snapped and the engine was shot. I had to get a replacement block which leaked oil and had multiple misfires. The car has been in the shop for much longer than it’s been in the garage. It was a nightmare but I couldnt image what it would have been like at another auto shop. Richard and Jesus were patient and helpful while dealing with the warranty company and all of the other bumps in the road. Thankful for The team for continuing to work with me financially and help me with this bad situation. Truly a great slocal business. 5/5 stars

Villa Automotive was very helpful, starting with a shuttle ride home & several calls to update me on the cost & timing of the repair. Communication was excellent & final cost is exactly what I was told. I appreciate their professional service. Will definitely return for my future automotive repair needs.

Popped in without an appointment on a Saturday. Villa Automotive had been recommended by AAA. The shop was busy but the crew couldn't have been more responsive and understanding. After a short wait given the queue of cars lined up for a smog test, I left with the certificate in hand and confirmation that AAA had made a good call in recommending Villa Automotive 👍.
